WHO WE ARE
On The List Presents is a boutique VIP company that specializes in national and global tours. We create unique opportunities for your artists’ most loyal fans. Our team is fully involved in the entire process - from VIP program concept through package pricing, ticketing management, design and distribution of VIP merchandise, to on-site execution. We are hands-on, efficient, and always readily available to serve our clients and VIP customers.
We love live music. We are live music fans. We know how important our artists' super fans are because we are super fans ourselves. Our VIP programs are not based on the “ticket + t-shirt = VIP”. Instead, we specialize in creating unique experiences, whether the artist chooses to be involved in the VIP program or not.
Unlike many other VIP companies who are part of larger corporate entities, On The List Presents remains independent. We don’t answer to a board, investors or suits. We answer to you - our client.

Customer Service
We believe excellent VIP customer service is one of the most important, yet forgotten aspects of the VIP experience. Our mission is to make sure our customers feel VIP through their entire process - whether a customer requires assistance placing their original VIP order, or help navigating an online photo gallery weeks later… we provide VIP customer service throughout.
Ticketing
On The List Presents handles all aspects of ticketing. We secure tickets before the on sale, and closely monitor sales. OTLP representatives manage a dedicated VIP check-in area onsite; checking ID’s with names before distributing tickets. On The List Presents maintains a strict no resale and no name change policy; unless an extreme circumstance, thereby curbing scalpers and assisting in keeping your tickets from being resold on secondary platforms.
Marketing
We maintain strong relationships with promoter, venue and ticket platform marketing teams to spread tour awareness & drive sales.

Internal Ticketing Services
In addition to managing tickets for our artist’s fans, our On The List Presents team offers internal ticketing services for the artist’s friends and family - from guest communication to order processing and distribution.
Artist & Charity Coordination
When our Artists choose to include a charity component with their VIP packages, On The List Presents handles all the details. From communicating all VIP info to the charity winners at the show, to ensuring the monetary component is distributed to the charity of choice in a timely manner.
